Chicken Sausage Puff Pastry

 

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix egg yolks with 1 Tbsp. water till smooth.

Brush puff pastry sheet with egg wash.

Wrap pastry around sausages and brush outside with egg wash. 

Set rolled up sausages on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with poppy seeds and salt.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.

INGREDIENTS:

6 links of artichoke mozzarella sausage

2 large egg yolks

1 sheet frozen puff pastry (one 14-ounce package or half a 17.3-ounce package), thawed

All-purpose flour

Kosher salt 

Poppy seeds

Dijon mustard
