Keto Corndogs

 

DIRECTIONS:

Combine Gluten Free Baking Mix and Gluten Free Corn Bread Mix in a bowl. Mix lightly.

In a separate bowl, whisk together Milk and egg.

Slowly add Milk/Egg liquid to the Gluten Free Mix while whisking to make your batter.

Fill a cup roughly the same length as your sausage links with the batter.

Dip Sausage links into the cup, coating your links.

Heat Canola Oil to 375 degrees.

Fry your Corn dogs for about 4 minute or until Golden Brown.

Garnish immediately with fresh salt, wait a few minutes, and enjoy!

2/3 cup Milk

1 Egg
