Smoked Mozz Artichoke Recipe

 

DIRECTIONS:

Boil pasta until tender, drain well and set aside

Add olive oil to lg pan over medium heat and sauté broccolini until tender

Add pasta and remaining ingredients to pan and cook for 6-7 minutes

Garnish with additional parmesan

INGREDIENTS:

12 oz smoked artichoke and mozzarella sausage sliced in ½ inch pieces

12oz fresh broccolini

12 oz artichoke leaf pasta

¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

4 oz pesto sauce

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper
